🐝 How can a nature-inspired conference shed light on the business world?
These conferences are concrete feedbacks of real experiences. I share with you what I learned from dealing with a traditional apiary (almost no treatments) – far from productivist beekeeping – about resilience, cooperation, the distribution of roles and adaptation. Or how a natural ecosystem works in interdependence, in cycles, in diversity… or what is teaches us about strategy, governance, and leadership. It is a systemic reading of the living, transposed to entrepreneurial world to think and act differently.
🥾 Are the Sylvexplore programs just a hike?
No. Sylvexplore is not about piling up miles. It is about hiking a trail, physically and mentally, in a reflection supervised by a professional coach. We will rarely walk more than 8 kilometers in a day, unless you really want to. Each step is an opportunity to take a step back or forward, to bring out ideas, to reconnect with oneself and with others. The experience is unique, because it is based on my method, nourished by me experience (it is only mine), a systemic approach, and a deep passion for the nature.

Each service is tailor-made, according to your objectives, your context and the format chosen. I can tell you that sparring programs start from a little less than € 2’000 (without sales tax).
