In 2020, I founded my coaching, mentoring and consulting company to support people and organizations in their evolution, with meaning and impact.
This project is the result of 25 years of experience in international and demanding environments – medical devices, semiconductors, retail, consulting – where I have held both operational and senior management roles.
Trilingual (French, German, English), I have lived abroad twice and worked internationally for 20 years. This gives me a 360° understanding of multicultural and cross-border issues.
In a world dominated by hyper-specialization, I have chosen the opposite approach: to offer a wide and coherent services palette, which allows me to further develop and bring real 360° value to the people I support.
